Who we are

What we collect
When you submit the contact or "Request my plan" form, we collect the information you enter: first name, last name, email address, phone number, and your message. We do not collect information beyond what the form asks for.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and, if you asked for a plan, to have an onboarding specialist get in touch about the AI-assisted support automation track, add-ons, and support options. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it to third parties.
Consent
We ask you to tick a consent box before submitting any form. Ticking it means you agree to this privacy policy and to being contacted about your enquiry.
Retention
We keep submitted enquiry details for up to 365 days from the date you send them, after which they are deleted unless a longer period is required to resolve an ongoing enquiry or to meet a legal obligation.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us through our contact page.
